Many security leaders recognize the flaws in traditional awareness training, but what is anybody actually doing about it? Keenan Skelly of Circadence describes a new approach that she believes has changed the cybersecurity education paradigm.

In a video interview with Information Security Media Group at RSA Conference 2019 in San Francisco, Skelly discusses:

  • The biggest challenges with how education is offered today;
  • How students' needs have evolved;
  • How Circadence has changed the way cyber education is delivered.

Skelly is vice president of global partnerships and security evangelist at CIrcadence. She has more than 20 years of experience providing security and management solutions across a wide array of platforms, including 10 years in government service with a focus on national security. Skelly served in the U.S. Army as an explosive ordinance disposal technician and went on to work for the Department of Homeland Security, where she served as chief for comprehensive reviews in the Office for Infrastructure Protection.
