The pandemic has forced many banks in the country to ramp up their digital services, he says.
“Just having a savvy internet banking interface for the customer does not make you digitally transformed,” he says. “Because unless you have full transformation done at the backend, just having a digitized interface does not help. The security challenge comes in during API integration. We are very much aware of the data privacy that needs to be taken into account, and for that, we are putting in place the right tools.”
