Naresh has practical experience in setup of SOC/MSSP teams, getting complex organization certified for PCIDSS and adherence to ISO27k1, NIST and ISO27k5 framework for cybersecurity and IT risk management. He works extensively with Corporate IT auditors , Risk compliance teams and represents CX in various technology, cyber and risk forums and committees. Assuming the Head of IT Risk and Cybersecurity position post data breach, Naresh led taskforce to contain, respond and resolve a major breach. He has worked extensively along with legal teams in responding to queries from regulatory bodies like ICO, (UK) PCPD (HK) and likewise. As a change catalyst, Mr. Sharma has expertise in building strategies to assess new threats and IT risks, and plan strong governance, policies, processes, technology and metrics along with awareness strategies that strengthens an organization's IT and security maturity.
