Ramadoss has more than 18 years of experience working in a variety of fields ranging from consumer goods, to large financial institutions - from payment networks, to large telecom carriers. Western Union Digital Ventures (WU Digital) is the online and mobile payments arm of industry leader Western Union. As a Sr. Director of Product Strategy, she leads WU's Fraud Product Management team. She has identified, integrated and managed more then 25 global risk and compliance partners, while reducing the development and operational cost by millions of dollars. In the last decade, Ramadoss has led the fraud space innovation in the CNP environment, creating new authentication, fraud detection and mitigation solutions.
