Jaime is a seasoned technology executive with extensive knowledge of the financial services and tech payment industry, and specialized experience in security and innovation. As the Head of Customer Success, Services and Support at Yubico, she is responsible for a team that ensures successful customer experience from onboarding to deployment and support.
Prior to Yubico, Jaime spent over 27 years at Visa, most recently as Vice President, Innovation and Strategic Partnerships, where she was responsible for digital, mobile, eCommerce and tech, and led relationships with companies such as Paypal, Apple, Facebook, Google, Amazon, and Microsoft. Jaime led the US and global launch of Apple Pay, the global expansion of Samsung Pay, and the Person to Person payment service on Facebook Messenger.
Outside of work, Jaime is passionate about design thinking and education, and lives with her husband and two children.
