Dovie has more than 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting IT practices, including designing and developing policies, processes and procedures, as well as managing projects. He performs independent assessments of client security policies, procedures, operating practices and technical environments based on security regulations, frameworks, and standards including HIPAA, HITRUST, and PCI. He also played an integral role in developing NTT Security's healthcare assessment process and methodology. Formerly, Dovie was the senior technology GRC engineer and senior user support analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana (BCBSLA) and Tulane University.
